What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Different charters come with varying amenities—for example, evening cruises include upscale beverages and small bites, while business charters feature meeting facilities and tailored corporate catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure a spot, especially during the busy season from May through September, we advise booking 2–3 weeks prior. For business gatherings or private parties, it's best to book 4–6 weeks in advance for increased availability and personalization time.
What is the procedure for inclement weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. In case of weather that our captain deems dangerous, an alternate charter date will be arranged or a complete refund will be offered. We keep a close watch on weather patterns and will inform you 24 hours before your departure if the weather seems to be a concern.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring your own meals and beverages. On the other hand, we provide excellent catering solutions with customized menu options. For safety, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Do you have yachts suitable for guests with mobility issues?
We aim to be accommodating to all of our guests. Some of our boats are more accessible than others, so please reach out to us regarding your specific requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any needed arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
A full refund is given for cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before departure. Cancellations that are made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our part.
